The elated and re-elected Chairman of Kosofe Local Government, Barrister Moyosore Adedoyin Ogunlewe, continued his appreciative tours of various wards and estates in the Council with the sole aim of thanking the residents for renewing his sacred mandate and equally listening to their challenges and other urgent needs.
In the Press release signed and made available to Universal News by the Chief Press Secretary to the Executive Chairman, Comrade Oluwole Obisanya, he said the Chairman undertook the appreciative tour across various residential estates in Araromi, Gbagada and Ifako Soluyi wards on Saturday expressing profound gratitude to various people in the wards and estates who were the fabric of victory of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the recent Lagos State Local Government Election.
The estates which the Council’s Boss touched included Atunrase, Harmony, Millennium, and Peace Estates. He had a useful interactive session with the residents where they presented their various pressing challenges and urgent needs, which the Executive Chairman proffered practical solutions to and developmental initiatives planned for implementation.
The Council Chairman seized the opportunity of the session to encourage the residents to participate fully and actively in the ongoing voters’ registration exercise, emphasising the importance of civic engagement in strengthening and deepening democratic processes at the grassroots level.
The interactive sessions demonstrated the administration’s commitment to inclusive governance and community-driven development across Kosofe Local Government Area.
