In his reconsolidated agenda reminiscent of the year 2025 N100 Million Kosofe Cares Mega empowerment programme, the creative Executive Chairman of Kosofe Local Government, Barrister Moyosore Ogunlewe has returned to the financial empowerment scheme he initiated last year where 1,000 lucky people smiled home with one hundred Million Naira spread across four phases, now expanding the scope to N200 Million for 2,000 people running across 10 phases.
Consolidating on the inimitable success of the inaugural scheme dubbed “Kosofe Cares Renewed Hope Mega Empowerment”, where beneficiaries received N100 million distributed across four phases.
The 2026 edition has been classically designed to run for 10 phases beginning from the third week of March through December 2026 to cover the people who were not included in the maiden edition, each receiving ₦100,000 to uplift their means of livelihood.
The Media Spokesman of the Executive Chairman, Comrade Oluwole Obisanya explained that the financial assistance remains the article of faith of the effervescent Chairman in his resolve to ensure that no Kosofe resident is left behind.
