Like a tireless warrior, the effervescent and triumphant Chairman of Kosofe Local government Barrister Moyosore Ogunlewe who just won his second term with relative ease has opened up the segment with unprecedented flurry of activities he is known for.
Ogunlewe the man rechristening ‘Mr Projects’ and ‘Talk and do’ by his score of supporters and admirers donated patrol Vehicles to all police formations, comprising of Area ‘H’ command, Ogudu, Oworonshoki, Anthony and ifako divisions, also benefitted from the council’s largesse is Kosofe Community Development Committee (CDC) which got a monitoring vehicle for its activities of helping the council to monitor various projects and serves as a bridge between the council and people at the grassroot. The chairman of the CDC Hon. Segun Babatunde was full of praises for the Executive Chairman for his thoughtfulness and magnanimity.
In the second edition of the day activities, seven newly renovated trunk C roads within 7 wards of the council were commissioned.
Alhaji Tunde Akanni Odutayo, the CDA Chairman, Mosafejo central Oworonshoki who commissioned Olayiwola owoiya street, eulogised Ogunlewe for his humaness and passion for services. Mr Bob John Eze, CDA Chairman, Yetunde Brown CDA commissioned Ibrahim Onasokun street while Chief Ogunmekan, Sheikh Yusuf Durojaiye, Mr Abubakar, Madam Taiwo Adebena and Balogun of ojota, Chief Akintola Kamaldeen commissioned Paul Odulaja street, Frank Obazur road, Taiwo lane and Roju Avenue respectively.
