The Executive Chairman of Kosofe Local Government, Barrister Moyosore Adedoyin Ogunlewe has forwarded a message of condolence to the entire people of Kosofe local government particularly the royal family of Ologudu on behalf of the Legislative Council, Executive Members, Management and the entire people of the Local Government on the passage of His Royal Majesty, Oba Najimdeen Fashola,the (Ogabi 1), the Ologudu of Ogudu Kingdom, a staunch traditionalist and preserver of culture whose sad event took place on Wednesday 6th May, 2026.
In a Press release made available by the Public Affairs Unit and personally signed by the Council’s boss. It states in a commensurating tone that the Council was sad on hearing the untimely death of the foremost traditional ruler, “On this sad occasion, we commiserate and grieve with the family, the people of Ogudu kingdom and kosofe local government as a whole.
We pray Almighty God grant our people the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.
