These solemn remarks of the Executive Chairman, Kosofe local government, Hon. Barrister Moyosore Adedoyin Ogunlewe during his parley with newsmen put a seal of fulfilment to the barrage of promises he made to Kosofe local government’s people when he was canvassing for their support four years ago.<\/p>\n
Speaking in a tone that was tainted with fulfilment and satisfaction, Ogunlewe explained that the new commissioned roads and pavements comprising of ilawe and Lateef Dosunmu at Ifako and Musa Adewokun at Ojota west are amongst the 40 trunk C roads his administration has embarked on and completed so far. On the economy impact of the reconstructed roads on local residents, he said the residents would be happy and this would boost their mercantile establishment including smooth vehicular movement. <\/p>\n
Ogunlewe explained further that he had in addition to all these roads reconstruction provided befitting street lights at Ajoke street, Akeem Ajala street, Muiz Folami street and Roju Avenue. He however promised more street lights to other streets. Ogunlewe who was comically nicknamed Mr Project promised that no road would be left behind.
\nSpeaking on Education, he said he had constructed a state of the art classrooms at Mosafejo Primary school and soon he would move to Ifako where he would reconstruct a collapsed building there. <\/p>\n
The Chairman of willipab CDA Mr. Femi Ojo who commissioned Lateef Dosunmu street was so elated and gave kudos to the Executive Chairman for a job well done, he said the constructed road was the fulfilment of their request to the council and its construction would take away the nightmarish pain motorists and residents have passed through. <\/p>\n
In similar vein, APC Chieftain in Ifako chief Olayinka Ogunmekan who also cut the tape for the commissioning of ilawe prayed fervently for the chairman and his hardworking team for the rehabilitated roads. He lauded them for coming to their aid.<\/p>\n
Prince Tajudeen Adanlawo, CDA Chairman, Ojota progressive who along with Oluomo Jamiu Talabi, the Chairman of Ojota west CDA commissioned Musa Adewokun street said the second term of the chairman was not negotiable as they have promised him overwhelming votes for the good job he is doing and like Oliver twist, they are asking for more.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
